In an effort to avoid a possible charge for cancellation, please call Urban Escape at: 202.265.5950 twenty-four hours in advance.

GRATUITIES

Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. We accept Visa and Mastercard. However, we are unable to allow the addition of gratuities to your charge.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates make wonderful and thoughtful presents. Our gift certificates can be customized for any combination of services at Urban Escape. Our gift certificates may be redeemed for services and/or products. They are not refundable for cash. We will gladly accept your credit card and phone orders.
